We ask that all our members utilize this manual prior to contacting our Technical Support Staff. We recommend that you bookmark it for convenience. Note: This manual is copyright protected and only our resellers are permitted to upload and display it on their web sites.

In the event that you are unable to find the information you need within our manual, you can receive assistance from our Technical Support Staff. However, we ask that all requests for technical support must be submitted to us using the Technical Support Request Form. There is a link to this form on every page of our site, we recommend that you bookmark it for convenience. The information on this form assists us in distinguishing from our other clients. Sending request using any other method will delay the response to your request and it is possible that you will be asked to complete the form for a response.

It is not our normal practice to provide technical support for 3rd party software, scripts, etc. Our Webmaster Resources area will assist you in finding the support you need for these types of request, please refer to this area where you can find links that will provide you assistance with 3rd party software, cgi scripts, MySQL, html, and other software/languages that you may utilize to build your site. If you are unable to find something that you need, you can complete the Technical Support Request Form and we will do our utmost to assist you or find someone that can in the event that we can not.

Although we do not provide support for html and cgi scripts, we do have a few clients that we highly recommend for your web site design and programming needs. Their fees are extremely reasonable. We have used them ourselves on many occasions and find the quality of their work to be exceptional.
