Payment Policies and GuidelinesBilling Name: AMS Computer Services will be the billing name that will appear on your statement. Activate Your Account Using Your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Novus! When requesting your account to be activated, your information is processed through our online secure order form for processing. Account requests received Monday through Friday, will be set up within 4 hours. Requests received after 5:00pm on Friday, and those received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed as time allows throughout the weekend, but always by 1:00 PM the following Monday. Billing Due Dates: Billing periods for all accounts is 30 days. Account activations are setup on a recurring billing basis. The credit card that you use to activate your account will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary date of the account activation. Credit Card Billing Process: The credit card that you used to activate your account will be automatically billed each month. Should you need to change the credit card information on your account, you can do so by visiting the Account Management Area and selecting the "Credit Card Change Request" option. It is not necessary for you to call us for these changes, as you will only be directed to this area of our site to complete the form. NOTE: It is necessary for you to use this form when making changes to your billing information, or the it's possible the changes will not be processed! All billing information changes will be used in the upcoming billing period. All accounts are on a recurring basis, therefore your credit card will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary of your account activation. Account Cancellations: Should you decide to leave us, please visit our Account Management Center and select the Account Cancellation option and complete the necessary information. 30 Day Money Back Refund Policy: Regular Hosting Clients - Should you become unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, Site Host 4 U will refund your hosting fee. Individual Reseller's and Bulk Reseller's - In the event that you become unsatisfied with our services within 30 days of your account activation, only your initial account fee will be refunded. However, once you have added a resold account to your Reseller Plan you will no longer qualify for the money back guarantee/refund. We can not be responsible for any fees that you charge your clients. Cancellation Refunds: We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts canceling after their 30 day initial account activation period.
