A. It's easy. You go to the Account Management Area and select Upgrade An Account and complete the necessary information and we will upgrade that plan. Your credit card will reflect the new fee for the upgraded plan.

We ask that all clients refer to this manual prior to contacting our Technical Support Staff. In the event that they are unable to locate the information they need, they can submit a technical support request utilizing our Online Technical Support Request Form. That's an easy one too! You visit the Account Management Area and select Add An Account, and provide us the necessary information to setup the new account. Once your new account is setup, you will receive an email from us with the necessary information to log into your account just as you did when you set your first account up. Again, your credit card will be billed automatically each month.

A. No we do not pay any registration fees for any accounts. We would go broke and be out of business if we did this. It is your responsibility to pay your registration fees and this is done at the time you request a domain registration. Q. Speaking of registering domain names, do you handle that for us?

A. Yes. We now register domain names. We provide our customers with registration services at a reduced rate from what InterNIC currently charges. Rather than paying $70.00 for two year registration fees, when you signup with our services you can take advantage of our reduced fee of $50.00 for two years of registration.
