Bulk Reseller FAQ's

As a Bulk Reseller is my initial domain deducted from the the bulk plan I purchase?

At the time that I purchase the Bulk Plan do I have to decide right then what accounts I want to resell?

So, does being a Bulk Reseller, paying you $74.95 a month for 8 account plans, mean that I can literally sell 8 300MB accounts at whatever price I choose and only pay you the $74.95 a month for them? This would mean that I'm only paying about $9.37 a month for each of those accounts?

Can I sell your individual reseller plans if I do not want to buy another bulk plan?

Can I change the plans in any way and resell them how I so choose?

What if one of my clients needs to upgrade his current plan, do I pay any additional fees?

Are there any setup fees for my reseller account or for my customer's accounts?

How is customer support handled for my customers?

Speaking of billing, how do I pay for my Bulk Reseller Plan?

Does this mean that I have to pay for my reseller plan before my customer's pay me?

Can I pay by check?

I understand that if I am paying by credit card that my credit card will automatically be billed on the 1st of each month, but what happens if I do not have enough credit to cover the charges?

When I sell an account how do I get it activated?

What are name servers and why would I want them?

Q. As a Bulk Reseller is my initial domain deducted from the 10 accounts I purchase?

A. Yes. Your initial account identifies you as a reseller. This account is known as your primary account. It is also the account where you build your own web site to sell your hosting services from.

Q. At the time that I purchase the Bulk Plan do I have to decide right then what accounts I want to resell?

A. No. When we receive your request to become a bulk reseller we set your initial account up with the information you provide us. You will receive an email telling you that your account is set up. You can then visit the Account Management Area and select the link for the Reseller Management Area. This is the area where you will log in each time you want to setup a resold account.

A. Yes, that's what it means. As a Bulk Reseller, your bulk plan can consist of any of our plans. Seems a little unbelievable doesn't it? But that's why we have one of the most profitable reseller opportunities on the internet!

Q. Can I sell your individual reseller plans if I do not want to buy another bulk plan?

A. Yes. If you do not wish to purchase another bulk plan and continue reaping the benefits of paying only $9.37 or even $6.66 per account, you can start selling the individual plans at the discounted rates listed in our Individual Reseller Plan section once you have resold all the plans in your existing Bulk Plan. Also, if you choose to sell our plans individually, those plans will always cost you what you paid for them and can not be transferred to a bulk plan should you later choose to purchase a bulk plan again.

Q. Can I change the plans in anyway and resell them how I so choose?

A. You can set your plans up however you like, but just keep in mind that the options that are listed with each of our plans is what your customer will get. Many of the options listed with each account plan will be listed in the Control Panel that comes with each account and your clients can see these. The Control Panel also shows how much server space, pop3 mail accounts, etc. come with their account. You can visit our Online Manual and view screen shots of the Control Panel.

Q. What if one of my clients needs to upgrade his current plan, do I pay any additional fees?

A. No, you just go to the reseller management area and complete the necessary information and we'll upgrade their plan without interruption. We are just swapping one account for another when an upgrade is necessary. But we do hope that you will charge your customer more for the upgraded plan :-)

A. No, we do not charge any setup fees for our hosting plans or reseller plans.

Q. How is customer support handled for my customers?

A. You are responsible for supporting and billing your customers while we support and bill you. We provide you with an extensive Online Manual that you may wish to implement into your own web site to provide your clients with further support. We do not permit our resellers to forward support request directly from their clients to us. When a reseller is not able to resolve a problem they must submit the Technical Support Request Form on our site and we in turn send you an email and you then respond to your client.

Q. Speaking of billing, how do I pay for my Bulk Reseller Plan?

A. We accept credit cards for payments only. The credit card that you use when you initially sign up as a reseller will be automatically be billed each month on the anniversary of your account activation.

Q. Does this mean that I have to pay for my reseller plan before my customer's pay me?

A. Yes. We can not take the responsibility for your resold accounts. We bill and support you while you bill and support your clients. Bulk resellers are responsible for keeping track of the number of accounts they have available within their bulk plan and purchasing new bulk plans before adding new domains to exhausted accounts. Requests to sign up a resold account without sufficient domains available within your bulk plan will not be processed.

Q. Can I pay by check?

A. No. We do not accept checks, please do not ask us to. We accept credit cards only. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Q. I understand that if I am paying by credit card that my credit card will automatically be billed on the 1st of each month, but what happens if I do not have enough credit to cover the charges?

A. Most people know how much credit they have on their credit cards and we count on that. In the event that the charges will not process, we will slip you an email and give you 24 hours to provide us with a new card number. In the event that you do not comply with our request, your account and resold accounts residing under you will be deactivated until payment is satisfied.

Q. When I sell an account how do I get it activated?

Once your reseller account has been established, you can then log into the Account Management area and manage your resold accounts. Once your resold account is setup, you will receive an email from us with the necessary information to pass on to your customer.

Q. What are name servers and why would I want them?

A. Having your own name servers helps to hide us from your clients. If you've ever registered a domain name, then you can recall providing Primary and Secondary name servers. When you are hosted on our servers without your own name servers your registration will show NS.4UA.COM and NS2.4UA.COM as your Primary and Secondary Name Servers. When you have your own Name Servers, your registration will show NS.YOURDOMAIN.COM and NS2.YOURDOMAIN.COM as your Primary and Secondary Name Servers.

Q. What about Domain Registration fees? Are these fees included in the price of the hosting fees?

A. No we do not pay any registration fees for any of your accounts including your initial Reseller account. We would go broke and be out of business if we did this. It is your responsibility to pay your registration fees as it is your customer's responsibility to pay theirs. Q. Speaking of registering domain names, do you handle that for us?

A. Yes. We now register domain names. We provide our customers with registration services at a reduced rate from what InterNIC currently charges. Rather than paying $70.00 for two year registration fees, when you signup with our services you can take advantage of our reduced fee of $39.90 for two years of registration. As a reseller, you can pass this great savings on to your clients as well. Domain registrations for your clients are handled in the Account Management Area.
